You can reschedule or cancel your private session or class booking up to 24 hours before the booking start time from your Customer Dashboard.Click on the pencil icon next to your booking, and choose either ‘Reschedule’ or ‘Cancel’.Note: You won’t be able to reschedule or cancel a booking if it’s less than 24 hours before the booking start time.If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the booking time, please let us know as soon as you can at [email protected]
We’ll email you the day before your booking with the Zoom link.You can also access your Zoom link from the Customer Dashboard, click on the booking you made to access the Zoom link.
