Private Yoga Sessions

Are you just starting out? Or maybe wanting to take your practice to the next level?

I offer private classes tailored to your individual needs. We can work on getting all the basics covered; specialising in alignment, strength building and flexibility. Is there a certain pose that evades you?

Having perfectly suited bespoke classes can help you achieve your goals. Whether you’re a total beginner, just coming back after an injury or at the top of your physical game I can help. 

Sessions are entirely catered to you, what you need and what your body needs.

Public Classes

My public classes are all open-level, this means that no matter where you are on that day or where you are in general with your yoga practice, the classes are accessible. 

I will teach to the middle level of the class, offering variations throughout to increase or decrease difficulty.

There are two main styles for my public classes, either Dynamic Flow or Yin, you can read more about them by clicking the learn more button.

Corporate Sessions

Yoga and meditation can give you a more constructive and efficient workforce, studies have shown that regular mindfulness practices reduce stress, increase wellbeing, improve sleep and so much more. 

This can create a better sense of community in your team, a workforce that can better support each other and in turn be more efficient. So, why not try a different kind of Christmas party this year? Or, bring a regular class to your team.

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 5. Covering a wide variety of styles and disciplines, from handstands to yin. I love encouraging my students to try new things and find balance, both on and off the mat.
