Online Yoga Classes with Misha

Prepare to sweat, laugh and get out of your own way with Misha’s strength-building dynamic classes.

Misha has a zest for life and her classes will leave you inspired and refreshed. She completed her RYT200 in vinyasa and positive psychology back in 2019 and has continued to learn and train completing another 300hours in 2022. Trained in Yin, Rocket, Vinyasa, Handstands and Movement; whilst also studying and having diverse and varied movement practice which is displayed and taught in each class. Learning not just about the body but also the mind and the habitual patterns that may be holding you back.

I offer private classes tailored to your individual needs. We can work on getting all the basics covered; specialising in alignment, strength building and flexibility. Is there a certain pose that evades you? Having perfectly suited bespoke classes can help you achieve your goals. Whether you’re a total beginner, just coming back after an injury or at the top of your physical game I can help. Personalised packages including homework (if you want it!) to build on your practice.
